You can grow your intelligance!

The most important thing I’ve learned is that every time you challenge yourself you get a little bit better. I think that’s important because when you think something is hard, you will remember “every time I do something difficult I will get a little bit better.”

The explanation to this is pretty simple. Our brains contain a lot of neurons. Every time you challenge yourself or learn something new, the neurons will make new connections. Then if you practice the thing you’ve learned the connection gets stronger, and it’s become harder to forget. For example, when you go to the gym and train a muscle the muscle will get stronger. And it’s the same thing with your brain because it’s also a muscle. So when you practice, it becomes smarter!

When you don’t understand a task or think it’s too difficult you should ask a friend or take a break, if you want you can do both. When you ask your friend he/she should not just give you the right answer. Instead, he or she could give you some tips. Maybe you will see it from a different perspective, and it will be easier to see the solution.

If you don’t understand something you should always think like this; I can’t do it yet, but soon I will. The meaning of the sentence above is that you shouldn’t just give up when it gets hard. Instead, you should keep trying and trying until you succeed!

So if you think something is hard just keep trying and think it will be easier soon. Because your brain is a muscle and it always develops, so just be patient, and you will see results!.
